Comments: Fastest run out of the water and out of transition that I've ever done. No wetsuit helped with T1 speed but struggled a bit with getting socks on. What would you do differently?: Dry my feet off better before attempting to put socks on. Bike
Comments: Best I've ever felt on the bike during a race. Passed many more people than usual and was passed by much fewer so that was a big confidence boost. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Transition 2

Comments: Fastest sprint run pace to date. Very happy with my pace, pushed extremely hard to maintain it. What would you do differently?: Back off a little in the first half mile. Felt like I was going to puke or passout for the entire last mile. Post race
Warm down: Stretched. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing today! Event comments: Would have preferred more than just fruit, granola bars and pizza for post race food.
