Felt stronger than usual. Fastest pace ever in a sprint! Decided last minute to forgo the wetsuit. Glad I did as my last wetsuit sprint pace was slower.

Fastest run out of the water and out of transition that I've ever done. No wetsuit helped with T1 speed but struggled a bit with getting socks on.
What would you do differently?:

Dry my feet off better before attempting to put socks on.

Best I've ever felt on the bike during a race. Passed many more people than usual and was passed by much fewer so that was a big confidence boost.

Fastest sprint run pace to date. Very happy with my pace, pushed extremely hard to maintain it.
What would you do differently?:

Back off a little in the first half mile. Felt like I was going to puke or passout for the entire last mile.

Event comments:

Would have preferred more than just fruit, granola bars and pizza for post race food. I like non-sugarly/non-fatty carbs like prezels, bagels, bananas. Stomach can't handle too much sugar or fat right after a race.
