Showed up early, before the tri-a-tri, took it easy all morning

I don't know, I tried body glide. That usually works, this time I just got everything stuck

This was pretty hard. I had heard it was flat. LOl well maybe it was flat for the locals, but this bad boy was hella hilly for me. I used the small chain ring for the first time in my life. The road condition was crap too.
What would you do differently?:

Train hills more. And drive the course before the race

I got owned by this bad boy. HAHA my legs felt fine, but my lungs and heart were dying. I tried several times to get a good run going but, i just wan't happening.
What would you do differently?:

I need more hills in my life

Hills and lack of training for them

This was a good race.
It was a bit expensive and the after race food section was poor. just a banana and apple. some people were upset with the goodie bag.. but whatever I usually throw that stuff away anyway.
