Pre-race routine:

Up at 5:45, ate a banana and half english muffin with peanut butter.
Event warmup:

Jogged about 1/2 mile with some 50-100 yard stride intervals and stretched

Comments:

Felt a little weak at first. Did get a very good night sleep the night before and just felt tired. Thought I was going to break my streak of PR'ing this race each time I do it.
Well, 19:29 later and another PR! Ran the first mile was at 6:03 3 sec slower than last time. Was trying to keep my pace under control to save some for the end. The second mile was at 6:17, which was 13 sec faster than last time. The last mile was at 6:29, which was 6 sec faster than last time. So, I guess my strategy worked.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing.
