Comments: Nearly hurled in T1 so I must have made a bit of effort. Tougher than I thought it should be. AG 1 - woo feckin hoo What would you do differently?: Bit more prep is all. I was really badly prepped for the whole race - this was no different. I think the time wasn't too bad ![]() Transition 1
Comments: Feet into pedals was a bit ponderous. Otherwise fatigue from the swim was the only issue. What would you do differently?: No much ![]() Bike

Warm down: Bit of stretching and walking, then a spin out the road to pick up the car What limited your ability to perform faster: Feeling drained and deflated after Causeway impacted training. That and the fact that it's July. Routine was a bit shot. Event comments: I felt bad after the event but looking at the results I'm encourage by my times. Midday start so slurping porridge from a flask in the car from 0900. Worked ok. Had a flat which was changed at the race.
Spin out the bike course with Alex - 20 mins.
