Comments: I started off way to quick for about the first half a mile then i got settled down and got in my pace. the 301 was awesome to have i could look at my pace and make sure i was running my race. What would you do differently?: denfinatly wake up earlier i should get up to the race half an hour to twenty minutres early so i'm not rushing to check in and get to the start line Post race
Warm down: strech out and jog a quarter of a mile to cool down What limited your ability to perform faster: arrived to the race late i had to start the race witho ut streching and still having everythign cold if i could of warm up i could of been able to shed layers and been cooler on the run Event comments: no water stations on the course. however in 20 degree wheather not really needed but would of been nice. plently of volunteers about every quarter mile on the course there was a volunteer. course was mark very well didn't get off course being one of the BOP finishers. woke up late. like 20 after 9 for a 10o clock race had to quick shower and thow race attire on ate a pb&J wqhile driving up to the race and was getting the 301 up and running.
I got up at the race with like 7 minutes to check in and get ready they were closing check in when i got there. they handed me my packet aand i had to run like a chicken with my head cut off to get up to the start on time. so didn't strech at all or jog a bit to warm up the legs.
