Course: Hilly course, most difficult course I've done this year. I've trained on this course a few times before race and knew what to expect. Lost water bottle at mile 4, became dehydrated by mile 10

Course: Very hilly course, 50% grass/dirt. Two steep uphills at start of run set the tone for rest of race. Finished 5th in age group, was happy with that but my time reflected overall difficulty of course
