Woke up at 4 am and had a little breakfast, meet another group of racers and all drove to the race

Comments:

Water was a little higher than last year so the start was a treadwater and wait for the horn. I started in the back to avoid the mass of bodies, worked for a little while. Overall my swim time was a little slower than I expected. Not sure if it was where I started or the crowd of bodies. Felt good coming out of the water.

Felt pretty good. My time was slow (a little gassed off the bike) but I generally felt goog.

Event comments:

Now having a few races under my belt there is a difference between this race and the other USTA sancationed races, however, overall the race was fun with a great group of people. I plan to be be back next year for number 3.
