Comments: Horrible swim for me, breathing was really bad, usually bi-lateral but for this swim my goggles fogged up right away (time for a new pair) and had to get on someones hip (breathed to left every other stroke) and trusted his spotting, could've been worse! What would you do differently?: New goggles, find rythem Transition 1

Comments: Good course, some traffic that slowed me down, not my best bike leg on a course like this, bottle ejected on frame on first downhill with ALL my nutrition! yikes, drank very little water in my aero bottle rest of way. Transition 2

Wake up EXTREMELY early, get to race site before anyone else does! I focus on getting a lot of sleep 2-3 days before race because I usually only get about 4-5 hours the night before.
No real warm-up, had a scare, couldnt find my goggles and was running around looking for them, ended being in my helmet on bike w/ sunglasses! found them last minute, right before I was about to start asking everyone around me for a spare pair!
