Pre-race routine:

Got up @ 3:30 after only 3 hrs of sleep -- I need to remember I can't digest soy -- what a tummyache all night! Drank coffee on the way to the race, set up transition, worked packet pickup and drank a bottle of sports drink, waited in line for too long for the porto potty.
Event warmup:

Jogged with Jana
Run
  • 25m 45s
  • 3.2 miles
  • 08m 03s  min/mile
Comments:

Started out too fast for me, but I wanted to hang with the leaders as long as possible. Haven't been running until last week due to foot injury.
Transition 1
  • 00m 59s
Bike
  • 59m 37s
  • 18.6 miles
  • 18.72 mile/hr
Comments:

Drank one aerobottle of water in the bike -- could have used some sports drink too.
Transition 2
  • 00m 53s
Run
  • 28m 15s
  • 3.2 miles
  • 08m 50s  min/mile
Comments:

Had some homemade goo on the run. Twice I took 2 cups of water, one for my head, one to drink.
What would you do differently?:

Have a bottle of water in transition to carry on the run.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around and chatted and cheered and tried to cool down with ice, water, soda.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Heat, not much running lately, still need to drop 15#.

Event comments:

Really pushed myself hard on this and paid for it the rest of the day. Guess that's why I only race once a month. Glad I did it. Racing Underground is great!
