Streching and walked a mile to the race site. SLight jogging to warm up as it was cool in the morning.

FIrst 400m swim only interrupted when an official mistakenly stopped me at one end of the pool. She wasn't paying attention to the fact that I had just passed someone.

Concentrate more on my form and glide more.
