Comments: I was able to run the whole distance. I need to increase my distance and get faster. I was a little disappointed in my run time, but I did make it in under 1:45 and did run the whole time. What would you do differently?: Train longer distances Post race

We arrived at the race approximatley 7:45-8ish. Set up bikes and walked around checking out the exits and made sure we knew where are bikes were when we exited the water. We left Ocean City around 7am and it was only 50degrees. I kept hoping the temp would rise, for I didn't want to swim in an ice bath. The race didn't start till 9am and our wave didn't go off till 9:08.
