unpacked, saw friends, nursed Jo, then went to line up and realized I had not unpacked my sunglasses- mike ran his into transition for me (shhhh)

Warm down:

very dizzy, out of it at finish. dehydrated, falling over.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

hydration on the run. plan was to get heed and water at every water stop but it was not available to us back of the packers.

Event comments:

sad about them not having cups at mile 3, but when we got to mile 4 they heard and knew we were all fighting dehydration so they gave us extra water (refilled our cups).

Course: some shade between mile 1 and 2 back in neighborhood, then somewhat busy roads, no cups at mile 3 water station; by then it was getting hot and we were getting dehydrated. back in neighborhoods for miles 4-end and people had hoses out to spray us down.
