Pre-race routine:

Worked until 8pm Thurdays night. Packed. Woke up Friday morning and hit the road just a bit after 10am. Drove up to NH. Unloaded stuff at the hotel and drove to the race complex.
Event warmup:

Warmed up for 24minutes, would have nice to have been longer but I was 24th starter and we were starting about 3s apart, I had to wait for maybe 5min in line.

Comments:

First TT. Had a great time. No one passed me, and I chased down a few people which was nice.
What would you do differently?:

Warmup a bit longer. Possibly stand to power up the hills even more.
Post race
Warm down:

Drank water and had some protein. Stretched. Watched some of the others race and then ate pizza and had 1.5beers. Drove back to our hotel hit the pool for about 45min to put my daughter to sleep and then went to bed.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not realizing the finish was a turn after the start.

Event comments:

My only change would be to eliminate the final turn, it adds about 150m. You make a big turn coming in and there are volunteers telling you to slow down for it, then a quick straight to where you start where they again tell you to slow down, and make another turn to a finish where you are told to slow down.
