Comments:

Considering I haven't run more than a handful of times in the last couple of weeks, after having taken nearly 4 months off, I'm happy with my performance. I took it easy and didn't push too hard, but kept a good, somewhat challenging pace for the entire race. I only walked at the two water stops, while I drank.
What would you do differently?:

Train. Duh.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around the "expo" and ate and apple and a yogurt-thingy. Then we piled into the car and went to brunch.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My altogether lack of training.

Event comments:

I really like this race because it's in the city, it benefits a great organization, and their t-shirts are so darn cute!
