Ate 2 hours before. Ate Kashi Oatmeal, gatorade, and water. I had some Jelly sports beans 30 minutes before the race

What would you do differently?:

I would like not to have tightness in my left and right hamstrings. They always seem to tighten up

Not enough. Very little stretching or walking. TOO CROWDED
