Comments:

It has been a very hot summer in Arkansas and the lake temperature was very warm also. The water was clear and did not have to make any major course corrections.

More swim time. More pool time to build strength.

Rode a little too conservatively trying to save the legs for the run. Should have pushed harder.

Felt comfortable off the bike as I had not pushed too hard. Goal was to run without walking to the rest stops and walk through the stops for water.

Run training needs some focus.

No brick training in a while, so need to do this

Event comments:

Great triathlon - water clear, scenic and smooth bike course, and a challenging run course.

The 2011 Edition of Tri Arkansas will be the South Mid West Regional Championship.
