Had to put socks on to prevent blisters. Took some time to do this. Transitions are getting faster.
What would you do differently?:

Run without shoes earlier or put bandages on to ensure I can run without socks.

Best run yet in a tri. Felt good, but wished they had some sort of energy drink on run (Gatorade or Heed). All they had was water, subsequently I had little needed electrolytes.
What would you do differently?:

Take a gel or small Fuel Belt bottle with energy drink with me. Research nutrition on course prior to start.
