Comments: Started on the outside, but stayed too far on the outside and went way too wide around both buoys. What would you do differently?: Sight better and more often. Transition 1
Comments: Took too much time with all aspects of T1. What would you do differently?: Not dry off as much. Bike
Comments: Started too fast and my legs tightend up. Half way through my hamstrings tighted up, which slow me down, especially up the last hill. What would you do differently?: Start slower. Transition 2
Comments: Was exhausted once I got off the bike, and had to walk out of transition to get my HR under control. What would you do differently?: Nothing, it was related to the bike. Run
Comments: Legs were tightening up and cramping. I had to stop 3 times in the first mile to stretch them out, as I didn't want to pull anything. After the 1st mile, or so, I felt better and was able to pick up my pace. I could have used some water between the transition and mile 2. What would you do differently?: Unsure. Post race
Warm down: Spent lots of time stretching my legs and some easy jogging. What limited your ability to perform faster: Cramping in the legs, bringing down my HR in the later part of the bike. Event comments: Enjoyed the events - lots of volunteers. Last updated: 2010-07-14 12:00 AM
