Warm down: walk, feet in cold water bath What limited your ability to perform faster: poor running performance Event comments: well supported. great volunteers, plenty of water and ice, very vocal support along the routes, enough massage tables. not as big as an Ironman-branded event but managed as well, i think. i appreciate being able to get "water, no top" so i didn't have to stop.
