Pre-race routine:

just drank some water, 1/2 banana...and just hung out until the race started with my sister and john (kleinrider, steve (thegommer) and also some people from the triumph club.
Event warmup:

just did alittle stretching, had some issues with my right hamstring so just wanted to loosen up alittle.

Comments:

For being the first time running this event i felt great, at some points i was getting hot, but they had plenty of water stations to keep us cool
What would you do differently?:

i wouldn't do anything differently, i just wanted to enjoy myself with my sister and my friends and finish under 1:30

Warm down:

i did some stretching, drank water and had some yogurt and fruit.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

nothing limited me to perform faster

Event comments:

overall the weather was great and just running through phila. was really nice. heard the rocky theme song which alot of people loved and just the support from all the people was great. i would do this race again.
and just a side note...if your a twin that means you are also sisters!!!
