Ate breakfast. Watched the TdF. Yelled at the TV set. :)

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Kept the pace slow because of the heat and humidity, but also because when I push it, the PF flares up again. I've been careful to avoid aggravating it, and I think it's finally on the mend. (It's taken over a year!)

Event comments:

I did not know Christine (Lucy). But when she became ill, I was one of the visitors to her blog. She was smart and funny, and was obviously loved by many people. So when I saw there was going to be a BT Run for her, I knew I wanted to do it. :)
