im now mentally prepared for an ocean swim and I will not be as panicked so I'll be able to jog to transition and through

CAREFULLY review the course map and ask if it's been adjusted since this route had been adjusted that morning

knowledge of the course and not knowing what to expect in each phase

great race for my first triathlon, I was certainly not prepared for the ocean swim
