Comments: i felt amazingly great considering i had the flu 6 days before, my hips started to seize at 17kms so my last 4 km was very hard and slow What would you do differently?: drink 2 hours before to give enough time to get rid of excess ![]() Post race
Warm down: stretching What limited your ability to perform faster: sick 1 week prior so took it easy Event comments: not sure of my time because i forgot my watch, i think around the 2 hour mark, i was on track about 1 month ago to run 1.55 but i got the flu last week so took it very easy plus i had a loo stop and had to wait in line!!!! agggghh!!!
