Pre-race routine:

Got up at 4:15 and drove down to Hyannis. Left about 5 and got there at 5:45. Had a coffee and a banana.

Need to get a road bike...this mountain bike isn't going to cut it.

I was hoping to run around 9 minute miles and couldn't do it. My legs would not get going, I think the bike hurt my run. It was nice and cool and overall I felt good. Tried to pick it up at the end and just didn't have the energy.
What would you do differently?:

Just need to train more with longer runs.
