Woke up at 4:15 had a coffee and toast with peanut butter. Out of the door by 4:30 arrived at the parking lot by 5:50

Good swim considering that besides from swimming in a lake about two weeks ago the last time I did a ows or laps for that matter was 07. I was in the 10th wave so their were alot of bodies to navigate, but overall happy.

terrible run this is where the lack of training really caught up to me. I had to walk/shuffle the majority of the course. The shade and aid stations were a life saver. The wet towels at the turn were heaven.

Great race and I'm excited to do it next year, trained and see what I can do. The race was filled with nice people and the volunteers were great.
