Practice drinking (wasn't used to new bike... aero + clip in made it really hard to drink, so I didn't do it...) and hills!

Everything was fine, but I turned around and saw Jameson come in off the bike so I grabbed my camera and waited a minute or so and got a couple pics of him. It was his first race, I couldn't resist :)

Ouch!!!
This was kind of brutal. Walked a lot of this. It was over 100 degree heat index at this point. Still went relatively fast for being a run...
What would you do differently?:

Probably not practice running in 100 degree weather, but maybe that would have helped.
