Nice and flat. The back of my knee was bugging me for some reason, so I didn't go at it full bore. I dropped my chain shifting up the hill. SO STUPID. Never again, but I got it back on in only 15 seconds.
What would you do differently?:

Push self harder, no knee injury, don't be stupid about shifting
