I started in the middle of the group. Within 15 yards I could go forward, sideways or backwards. It took a while to fight to the outside. I had a good swim after I got away from everyone

I had a good run. Felt more comfortable then my last tri. I ran a pace that was only 20 sec slower then my everyday run pace. Was very happy. I still have a lot of work to do on my running.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The swim was crowded. I need to get out of the group and swim my own pace.

Event comments:

They need to better make transition timing pads. they sat in the open and you were unsure exactly where they were.
