Run
Comments: Felt ok, didn`t go too hard. I think the 3:17 is wrong, lol...but thats what it says on the chip site What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Went pretty hard, killed my quads for the run. What would you do differently?: Not sure, probably trained more...haven`t been getting out enough. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Run was BRUTAL. Quads were seized up from the first KM on. cramping and just plain old couldn`t do anything. This is probably the most suffering I have ever done on the run. Even though I beat my pb of a 43min 10K the other day by almost 3 minutes, this still sucked more than that. What would you do differently?: not a whole lot I could have done differently for the race, but before the race would be to train harder, and actually do some run training instead of just running once per weekend at race time, lol. Post race
Warm down: nearly died at the chute, needed something to drink and something to eat and to sit down before I passed out...it was really close to happening, no joke. What limited your ability to perform faster: training Event comments: Great race put on by the guys, great turnout. Can`t wait ti`ll next year. Last updated: 2010-07-31 12:00 AM

Woke up at 6:45, had some breakfast, got my stuff ready and headed out the door. Got there later than expected, was kinda rushed.
Still got a short 10 minute if that bike warmup to get ready to go.
