Freescale Austin Half Marathon - Run

I was so cold that I ran the race 20mins faster than last time I ran a half marathon. My ankles and knees started hurting around mile 3.

Last years Freescale Half/Full Marathong was organized much better than this years. I had to run a mile to the starting line because the traffic was miles longs. The start was at Freescale Headquarters which only has two ways in - not a good idea if 13000 people are coming. It was delayed by 30mins because the roads had iced over creating more traffic. I had never been so cold during a race! The volunteers were great at the water stations but since the temperature barely reached 30 degrees there were hardly and spectators. The only way I'll do this race agains is if the start is held in a different location.
