Pre-race routine:

left Shreveport at 5:00 am. Arrived in line early. Took a nap to wait for 6:00 am gate opening. Found transition rack - picked end location and immediately went to get body marked. Transition set-up by 7:15 am.

Goggles were "gummed" up with stuff. Fogged bad and could not see. Felt exhausted exiting water -- temperature.
