Warm down: played hockey at the ice forum one hour later What limited your ability to perform faster: bonked on the run. Glycogen deficient. I used a gel pack but I did not feel any effect of it. Event comments: very nice people put on this race. No post race activities but it was well managed and organized and plenty to eat and drink post race. Results posted quickly too.
