Comments: Stopped to assist someone with a Co2 bottle breaker and ended up talking for a min so lost time but felt ok with it for a first oly race. What would you do differently?: Keep moving and push hard. Transition 2
Comments: Looked into the idea of cutting time but with lack of practice decided against trying the flying dismount this time around. What would you do differently?: Practice the flying dismount and riding with shoes on bike. Run
Comments: Bonked on the run. Drank some gatorade and cramped up right after. Ended up doing the walk/run game for about 4 of the 6 miles. What would you do differently?: Train a lot more on running Post race
Warm down: Stretching and relaxing in lake to cool off. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training Event comments: Good race for me overall but a few errors on my part that limited my ability to perform at my best. Jogged a little and then went to water 10 min before start to get in water and swim a little.
