Comments: Felt great for the first 300 yards or so. After that my arms started to get tired and was just punishing myself to the end. Transition 1
Comments: Didnt have any problems getting wetsuit off. It was a long run to the transition. My feet didnt slip into the shoes as easily as normal but didnt cost me any time. Bike
Comments: Potholes and cracks in road made for a rough ride! I was expecting much better since it was a flat course with 2 laps. Definitely need to invest in speed bottle or something so I can take in more water and hydrate before the run. Transition 2
Comments: Someone piled all there crap on my shoes and race belt and I couldnt find them at first. So took me a little longer than I wanted. Run
Comments: Need to take in more water before. The first mile I had trouble breathing until I got to the first water station then I felt good after that. Could push myself more. I got in a groove and stayed there but felt like I had some left when I got to the end. Post race
