Up at 4 AM. Peanut butter sandwich and coffee for breakfast. Had to figure out my bike rack before leaving. Picked up packet around 6:30 AM.

I feel like I can never get into a comfortable groove on the bike course of races. Toward the end I was doing ok, but I think I did some lolly-gagging in the middle when no one was around me.

Ok transition. Think it could have been a little faster. I did take a few extra secs with racking my bike than I would have liked because one side of my bike missed the rack on the first shot.
