This was my first olympic and longest nonstop OWS, so I wasn't sure how to pace myself. I knew I could handle the distance easily, which I did, but I wasn't sure how hard I could push myself w/o impacting the rest of the race. For the swim, I guess I'd rather go too easy than too hard.
What would you do differently?:

More practice so I can pace myself correctly.

My first olympic race, need to get my pacing down. I'm happy with my effort on the bike, but I know I did't push enough on the run.
