I swam off course once. Other than that it was good.
What would you do differently?:

Not get blocked by others on the course. I need to work on breathing still so I can swim forward in freestyle longer

I don't have clip-in shoes so I just put them on in the transition. The main problem here was that I left my sunglasses on the back tire and they got pinched in the frame. The lens popped out. This was the biggest problem with my transition.
What would you do differently?:

Put my sunglasses somewhere safer.

My best leg comparatively. Still could improve.
What would you do differently?:

Give myself time to pump up my tires. Get clip-in shoes. Get aero bars. Find out why my back was so sore and what posture is best to ride. Find out how to prepare my legs for the run.

I had to move some bikes to make room for mine on the rack. That was annoying. Other than that it was good.

Find a way to test my blood sugar on the course instead of in transition.

This was by far my worst leg. When I got off my bike and started running my legs were not prepared. My calves cramped up and my back was sore. I had to stop several times. I should have been running a 9 minute mile pace but instead was almost 11 minutes. I was very disappointed with this leg.
What would you do differently?:

Prepare better. Find out how to prepare my legs for the run.

Course: Along the memorial shoreway. It is largely uphill on the way out. Coming back it is mixed. Coming into the exit is all downhill which wastes all of the momentum you get from the final downhill.
