Practice sighting more leading up to race. Position myself closer to front of pack prior to start.

Train better. This was my first brick as it was early in my training plan for a HIM.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Cramps and lack of training for run. Misunderstanding of bike course.

Plan to do it again next year with better preparation now that I know what to expect. Beautiful venue and great hosts.
