Comments: First open water swim. Felt great. Easy water to swim in. Great conditions. What would you do differently?: Practice sighting more leading up to race. Position myself closer to front of pack prior to start. Transition 1

What would you do differently?: Attack hills at higher cadence, lower gear. Wasn't expecting that much climbing. Transition 2
Comments: Took an extra minute to stretch out before running. Sock were soaked What would you do differently?: Take a change of socks. Run
Comments: Course should lead to negative split on the way in but cramps prevented that. What would you do differently?: Train better. This was my first brick as it was early in my training plan for a HIM. Post race
Warm down: Walk. Banana. Gatorade. What limited your ability to perform faster: Cramps and lack of training for run. Misunderstanding of bike course.
