total irritation as this race was supposed to be fun and fast and at the rate we were going it would have been right at an hour or under, except for the stop and turn around for an extra 1.5 at the end.

Event comments:

Good location, nice people, bad course knowledge by everyone. Swim was long and the run was obviously confusing. Beside all of that, Tri-Okc is the best club around and the Tri-Okc volunteers were awesome as usual.

1.5 miles added due to volunteer direction.
Course: Well this was supposed to be a 2 mile run but the volunteers told the group I was running in that the course ran a certain way and we followed it. Come to find out we were on the Olympic course and ran an extra 1.5 miles. When we asked the person at the supposed finish line WTF he told us to back track to get back on the course. The bad part is that we asked 4 volunteers along the way about turns (as there were like 6 spaced out all over the place) and we were directed wrong. So.....lesson learned. No matter what the volunteers say to us no matter what direction we are told to go don't go that way.
