Comments: Strategy was to start out a little slower than my training pace of 8:50/mile, and slowly increase speed from there. First mile was 10:00! Didn't mean to go that slow, but pace slowly increased from there, but not where I wanted it to be. What would you do differently?: Increase starting pace a little. Post race

Up at about 4:30, with a race start time of 7. Took 1200mg of Ibuprofen @ around 6:30, drank a little bit of water.
Stretched for approx 10 mins. Lite jog to keep warm.
