Warm down: collapse on grass with cramps What limited your ability to perform faster: travelled from Australia to close to event Event comments: this was my 15 IM (11th ranked in time). The course is pretty tough. The lower cost and less hype is good for a change (after all we are doing the sport for ourselves not to be movie stars). Presentation was good, pity not many turned up.
