Up at 5:45. Ate a banana. Loaded up the bike and the family. Hit the road around 6:15.

Took my daughter for a little run in the jogging stroller. Quick out and back swim prior just before the start.

The bike dismount came up quickly for me and I didn't even have a chance to get my feet out of my shoes. I had to run to my rack location in my shoes.

The beginning of the run is always the hardest for me. After the first mile I have usually settled down and can get into a nice pace.

More bike to run bricks.

Ate some fruit and an egg sandwich. Hung out with the family and talked about the race.

Great race. I can't wait to do it again next year.
