Post race
Warm down:

Walked around ate part of a cookie drank a sprite found my wife and waited for my buddy to come in.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

training issues but I feel like I am on the road to improvement. Overall I felt a lot more comfortable than prior 70.3.

Event comments:

This was an amazing race set up. Perfect from start to finish with absolutely no issues at all. I would recomend this to anyone. Also from my wifes point of view, she had a great time, good food, stands for the spectators with tons of shade, music and nice people.

This race went off without a hitch.
