Comments: Run was ok the JC is always good for me but legs were heavy and the 9 pounds heavier than last year is really noticable feel heavier and almost 2 min slower which isn't that bad for being 9lbs heavier. the first two km was good but legs weren't going then next 3 were slow and lost almost 2 min after last years pace, km6 and 7 were really good. 8 was ok 9 was slower and the last half was ok got into a good grove after 5km its late and tired so may reflect in this report. What would you do differently?: Lose more weight before running Post race
Warm down: Some streching and eating the typical race food half a banana bagel and yoghourt What limited your ability to perform faster: Simply too fat I am in better shape than a year ago but heavier. Streching scoping out the scene and going to the lou. Saw many costumes like the seawall rabbit who runs in flip flops every year and the mad hatter and a few fairies.
