Pre-race routine:

Slept 3 hours (again!), trained well. Biked at midnight. Drove 5 hours to race site and got lost. Showed up 20 minutes before race was to start! I was panicked.

I fell right on my butt and lost all my momentum as soon as I hit the first hill. I got passed by at least one person doing the tri at that time. :(
