Need a serious equipment upgrade. Time to get a new bike. Need some work on bike fitness also.

Legs felt heavy in for hte first mile. Had to stop and use the port a pot.

lack of wet suit experience, and open water fitness. Run is alot slower then it needs to be.

Event comments:

I have done 2 FS Series races now and have enjoyed both. They are very well organized and the events always start on time. Not a bad race for a big guy.
