got to the race a little late, and checked in. set up bike and transition area
Event warmup:

This was the most i've warmed up for a race. I didn't have a good training run up after Pumpkinman HIM. Got in a good 5-10 min swim before the race and did a lot of streatching

the sand wasn't as packed as the year before. I did an ok job running the course this year, but walked more than I would like. had a great kick for the last 100-200 yards

lack of speed training all season, speed builds are a must starting in November, and running through Feb

2nd yesr at Nantasket. This race continues to be one of my favorites.
