Nearly knocked another bike off the rack while racking mine, but caught it before it fell and had to re-rack it. Cost me a few seconds.

Be more careful racking bike.

Probably didn't push hard enough on the flat portion, worried about the final hill. Should've gone harder as I didn't have any issues with the hill. Passed a lot of people on the run, got passed once near the top of the hill by the 2nd place overall finisher.

Nothing.

Event comments:

Good small local race. Took forever to get to the awards ceremony though. Waiting around for the awards wore me out worse than the actual race.
