Comments: Overall, the run felt great, I think I could have pushed a little harder but not much. I am happy with mine time for my first 5K, and have only been running for 3 months What would you do differently?: got a little more rest the night before. Post race
Warm down: Walked for around 5 minutes to cool down, drank a small amount of endurox for recovery What limited your ability to perform faster: I think nothing at this point other than I need some more time running, I look forward to constantly increasing my weekly mileage and hopefully at the same time decreasing my 5k time Event comments: The race overall seemed to be a little unorganized, but for an inaugural race it was well put together.
