Pre-race routine:

Two advils, apple w/ 2 TB pb and a few sips of water.
Event warmup:

Nice one mile jog w/ Tony around the race start. Legs felt good. I was ready to go.

Comments:

Awesome race! My best effort ever as far as executing a plan. Plus I had so much more to give out on the course but I was focused on sticking to my plan and running a negative split.

First 7 miles my pace was 8:52, last 6 miles my pace was 8:29. It felt easy and I was super happy with my race. I think I could have gone faster in the beginning but I was trying really hard to finish stronger plus save some for the bridge.

Actual race pace/distance: 13.2m and 8:40pace only 3 sec. off what I need to do for Boston. This race was a confidence boost. Finished 629 out of 3758 (male and female runners).
What would you do differently?:

Nothing except learn from experience and hopefully be able to go faster in the beginning and still finish super strong.
